We are chocoholics! No only do we offer some very sinful chocolate desserts, we have the finest chocolates in the world for sale. Besides the exclusive chocolate of the Gold Medalist at the International Chocolate Competition in London for the last two years, Amedei of Tuscany, we offer Valhrona and Michel Cluizel of France, El Rey of Venezula and Scharffenberger of the US. You will see other chocolates from around the world, as we are always testing and looking for new sources, as well. |

We have a significant cheese selection from around the world. Our focus is mostly France and Vermont, though we also have on hand such favorites as Colston Bassett Stilton from England, Manchego and Drunken Goat from Spain, Parmigiana Reggiano and Cacio de Roma from Italy. We also offer a revolving assortment of artisan cheeses from the small farms in Vermont, New York and California who have created many award-winning products. |
Bakery

Our bakery creates homemade goodies daily. You have got to try our scones, biscotti, brownies and chocolate chips cookies. Our Signature Apple-Berry pie is a must, as well as the Flourless Chocolate Cake. We do many other goodies, as well. We can also make pastries to order. |
Stonewall Kitchen

We offer some of the best jams,sauces, mustards,chutneys,dressings, vinaigrettes and salsas from around the world. Stonewall Kitchen of York, Maine, though, is our primary source for many of these goodies. This is a growing category in our Gourmet Shoppe and we are supplimenting Stonewall Kitchen with many new and very tasty products from new sources that we are discovering. New sources being introduced are French Farm, Hurd Orchard of Holley, NY, Harvest Song & Wine Country Kitchens. |

All of our coffees are exclusively roasted for us locally. Our best selling coffees actually were chosen with the assistance of 10 friends from a wide variety of backgrounds and tastes after sampling(cupping)over 18 different roasters.
We carry a wide assortment of Harney Teas, the "Teas of the Queen", as well as Republic of Tea, one of the most recognized quality teas and Tzuni flowering teas...truly unique! |
Salts & Pepper

The world of salt and pepper is no longer what you find in supermarkets! Salt comes from all over the world and most of it looks and tastes nothing like Mortons! You must try to really believe. Unique pepper has been around for awhile and we offer many different kinds along with salt and pepper grinders from Olde Thompson and William Bounds. Some are one of a kind and all make great gifts. |

Our beers are some of the finest hand-crafted beers available today in the US and Canada. We also offer some of the best imported beers.
The same goes for our wines. Our focus is high quality at a reasonable price. Our wine selection, not surprisingly is French, Californian and Australian with a sprinkling of German, Spanish, Austrian and New Zealand. Wines are matched with the Chef's food, to create a thoroughly delightful experience. |

We have two candle resources both 100% beeswax for the longest burning candles (approximately 1" per hour). Many are unusual lengths and colors. Beeman Candles from Central New York and Creative Candles of Kansas City, Missouri. |

We carry an assortment of April Cornell of Montreal and Sylvie Jourdan of Provence table cloths,napkins, potholders,aprons and placemats for your dinningroom table. We also recently started carrying a unique line of tapestry table cloths and napkins from Xocchi. |
Oils & Vinegars

Though we offer several superlative oils and vinegars from around the world, we have found a 1st generation family from the south of Athens, who produce a Single Estate, Cold-pressed Extra-Virgin Olive Oil that is truly unique. Furthermore, the family has some connections in Modena, Italy, where the best Balsamic Vinegar is produced. We carry their 12-year old Balsamic that is not only good on salads, as you will see if you dine with us, but also good on ice cream and fruits! Both must be tried. |
