The Epicurean Culinary Classes occur in the Spring and Fall. They begin at 6PM and run approximately until 8PM. The classes are on a first-come-first-serve basis as there is a finite number of participants to maximize everyone's hands-on experience. You will eat what you prepare. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
